Growing up as the daughter of an Air Force pilot, I moved all around the country until my family finally settled down in Mesa, AZ in 1978. I have lived in the East Valley ever since. I attended and graduated from Dobson High School in Mesa, Arizona. I moved up north to Flagstaff for a few years and received my Bachelor's and Master's from Northern Arizona University. I taught Science in the Gilbert Public Schools for 5 years teaching Life Science, Physical Science, Chemistry and Physics. Although I have primarily stayed home with my children the past 11 years, I have worked part time teaching math at the community college and supervising student teachers for Northern Arizona University as well.
